Daily reflections

Daily reflection is so much more than the “dear diary” we used to turn to as teenagers to pour out our broken heart about THAT boy (you know the one) and how that relationship would have changed EVERYTHING – if it wasn't for Karen...

Well enough about Karen and boys.
Let’s get into the impact and practice of Dewinter Daily Reflection, shall we?

"First you create your habits, and then your habits create you"

- Jim Kwik

In order to get to where you want to be and to reach your goals, the first step is to establish what that goal looks like for you.

For example, living a life of freedom can have a completely different meaning depending on who you ask. For some, its working when and where you want, to others its financial independence or spending more time with loved ones or traveling the world.

So, I'll ask you again; what is your goal and what does that mean to you, and furthermore - why is this important to YOU

When you’ve established this, it’s time for the next question.

Ready?

If you were living that kind of life, if you woke up tomorrow and everything you just wrote had come true, how would you feel and what would this day and this week look like?

And now, here is the plot twist; look at the person you just described (the person who have it all) and compare her day and week ahead to the day and week that your experiencing right now.

What differences can you see? Is there a difference in her beliefs, routines, the way she does life or the people she changes out with?

This is the power and impact of Dewinter Daily Reflection.

By becoming aware of your current patterns, habits and routines you now have the power to, not only recognize them, but also change them by thanking them for their service and replacing them with habits that serve the goal you’ve just established for yourself.

In the puzzle of success
